Common messages can be set from "Reservation" → "Automatic Message" menu.



 With the AirHost web service, automatic messages common to all listings can be defined. The types of messages that can be defined are as follows.

A message confirming the check-in / house rule etc. of the edit guest.

The following tags can be used as variables in each message. These tags are automatically replaced by the target account, listing, reservation content when sending the message.

First of all, let's set a common message based on the message template etc which we have been sending so far! We will set each message from "Edit" button. Even if you enable the message, please be assured that the message will not be sent unless you enable the settings for each listing.




If the contents of the message are all listing specific and there is no common part, you can set it by {{extra_memo}} which appears later by setting as follows.



Language corresponds to 4 languages of Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean. After selecting from the following, please set each message.
(For the selection of the language, our system automatically selects the language according to the registered nationality of the guest on Airbnb and sends the message in that language.)
