It is a function for centralized management of inquiries and reply from guests by mail other than Airbnb in AirHost's "message list".


For the setting method, open the "Account setting" page at the top right, and set a new part to the left of "@" of "virtual e-mail".
At first there are arbitrary alphabets and numbers, but please change to the letter of your choice.
Please note that once you set it you can not change again.



An inquiry from the guest can be managed by AirHost's "message list" by registering the set virtual mail address as the inquiry destination mail address of the other channel or setting the mail transfer from the existing inquiry mail address to the virtual mail address I will.



When sending a mail from "Message list", it seems that the guest arrived from the temporary virtual mail address. Even if you reply to the temporary virtual mail address, you can receive it by AirHost's "message list".
