If the cleaning staff of the listing is not fixed, assignment can be done manually every time. Open the "Cleaning" → "Cleaning Calendar" page. When reservations for listings that have not been set to automatic cleaner are added to "Cleaner setting" of the listing, a red cleaning task is added on the cleaning date (check-out date).



The color of the cleaning task and the star icon represent the following.

Red

Cleaner in charge is not set

Blue

Cleaner set up

Green

The cleaner clicks "OK" with remind e-mail on the day before cleaning

Gray
Cleaning completed
Black (strikethrough)
Cancel

Star icon

Check-in on the same day


 Click on the red cleaning task, you can manually set the cleaning cleaner on the popup screen like the one below. Also, if you ask someone for a cleaner on the cleaning day, if you enter it in "comments to cleaner", it will be added to the reminder e-mail on the day before cleaning.



The previous day message to the clean-up staff will be sent around 18:00 pm the day before cleaning, so please fill in the comments before that. If it becomes after 18:00 pm, we can not support with our system, so please contact them individually.
