The AirHost web service supports automation of cleaning schedule management by sending automatic mail at each event.
You can edit the mail template from "Cleaning" → "Mail template" menu.
The following is the type of mail that is automatically sent. Please edit and change each message, and check the contents with "Preview".
Reminder before cleaning e-mail |
It will be sent to your cleaner the day before cleaning. |
Announcement of new schedule to be cleaned |
Notify the cleaner of the new cleaning schedule. |
Announcement of cleaning schedule change |
Notify the responsible cleaner when cleaning schedule changes. |
Information on cleaning cancellation |
When cleaning schedule is canceled, notify the responsible cleaner. |
Inherriting memo template |
This is the template for filling in the takeover note from the link in the "previous day cleaning reminder" to the next cleaner. |
* {{date}}, {{house_name}} tags etc can be set as title.
*The {{cleaning_tasks}} tag displays the target scavenging schedule in a table. You can check it with "preview".
