If you are asking a specific cleaning agency or cleaning staff to clean the listing, open the "Manage listing" → "Dashboard" page and click the "Settings" icon of the listing.
Open the "Cleaner Settings" tab and add a cleaner from "Add cleaner". (It is unnecessary if already added.) Select "Cleaner" in charge of cleaning this listing with "Select cleaner".
