The AirHost web service supports automation of cleaning schedule management by sending automatic mail at each event. 

You can edit the mail template from "Cleaning" → "Mail template" menu.


The following is the type of mail that is automatically sent. Please edit and change each message, and check the contents with "Preview".

Reminder before cleaning e-mail

It will be sent to your cleaner the day before cleaning.

Announcement of new schedule to be cleaned

Notify the cleaner of the new cleaning schedule.

Announcement of cleaning schedule change

Notify the responsible cleaner when cleaning schedule changes.

Information on cleaning cancellation

When cleaning schedule is canceled, notify the responsible cleaner.

Inherriting memo template

This is the template for filling in the takeover note from the link in the "previous day cleaning reminder" to the next cleaner.


{{date}}, {{house_name}} tags etc can be set as title.

The {{cleaning_tasks}} tag displays the target scavenging schedule in a table. You can check it with "preview".
